If I do some blood test for a virus or a bacteria, and I’m rifing in remote sets for this virus/bacteria. The virus and bacteria in the blood sample that will be tested should die and not give a positive result?

I think that dying in this case is a process over a period of time. Maybe the number of some bacteria or other bugs would be a bit lower then... It is a matter of whether there are so few of them that they can or can not be detected. It does not mean there are none of them. Sometimes their level is below a certain detectable and stated point.

On the other hand, it may not be out of question that some other indicators could be higher. Let us remember the die-off effect and waste products in blood.
