Do I add other scan results intermingled with the full scan results or in blocks after the full scan results? Do you think I should scale back the full scan instances to add in the others?

The protocol you are using may not have enough time left in a remote loop to incorporate two scans at once.

You could alternate which you use every week for instance. Your other idea of taking the top 10 hits from each may also work well.

However it may, if you have the equipment, be better to stick to the protocol design and use the results of the cancer scans on another generator and apply the results, in a repetitive loop, for say a week then rescan.

Many options, choose what resonates with you the best.

Just avoid rendering the protocol in use less efficacious by blowing out the frequencies per stage past the original times (adding too many frequencies).
