After you finishing the Grade biofeedback scan, the results come back sorted from highest Beats Per Minute (BPM) to lowest. what I normally do is click the - (minus) button to unhighlight all the frequencies, and they click the top 5 (or 10) frequencies, depending on how many you want to save, and the click the Save button.
