1. The ML protocol is so comprehensive and inclusive, I would say yes, you can. Just delete 'your scan results' from treatment 6 onwards. The scan picks up on possible pathogens/problem frequencies, that may or may not be linked to Morgellons or Lyme.
2. I am using it for three people, so we are deleting the Your Scan from the Programs list and running the disease frequencies from the Presets... It seems to be helping significantly, although we did not, as far as we know, have either M or L, but many other issues that are covered with this Protocol.
