Had this information been updated? I attended a webinar where it was mentioned the phanatron can be used anywhere on the body and that contact mode is the restrictive modality (not above shoulders).

Does "1. Set Repeat Each Set = 4 " mean set the 'repeat chain' to 4? I see 'sequence' and 'chain' so I am unsure to which step 1 refers.
