Q: Headaches: Can the machine have a side effect of headaches? Too many frequencies? Die-off? Or is it the bugs freaking out? Dehydration is always a factor, but I feel like that might not be the situation here.
Fatigue: I’ve done chronic fatigue, Lyme, adrenals, HPA axis, EBV….what am I missing? The fatigue is a lot.
A: Yes, a headache can be a herx side effect. But both headache and fatigue can be a symptom of hypothyroidism, or subclinical hypothyroidism, or even leaky gut. You might try the peptide presets:
