When doing killing programs, how do we ensure the beneficial gut flora is not killed or do we always have to work on replacing them afterwards?

It is true, we can not tell how much gut bacteria is killed with general use.

I know rife therapy can not distinguish between good and bad gut bacteria when killing gut bacteria directly. So it is best to assist replenishing good gut bacteria with fermented foods and whatever other methods you normally do.

A former admin explained it this way. When the bad gut bacteria is gone, the body will naturally fill the space with good gut bacteria. So while it may be a temporary imbalance, in the long run, you will be better off with newly populated good gut bacteria.

I supplement when I feel an imbalance and not worry about it.
