It's best to leave the BEM terrain idle when it is not running. Use your other generator for things you may want to run.
It's not suggested because of sensitivity. If you decide to do this, you will have to manually keep track of where BEM is because you will have to restart it manually for the correct day. Also, GEN2 of the BEM presets does a Lymph, so you should already be getting that. One more thing, your neuropathy may be resolved by the Detox. My advice: don't be in a hurry to fix everything all at once.
