Do 0 placed between peptide molecular weights count as effective frequencies

For peptide programs, Zeros (0) in frequency lists are not counted as active frequencies. In Spooky2 protocols, zeros are sometimes used as padding or placeholders to ensure a sequence runs for a set period or aligns presets for timing purposes. So, Zeros are okay after the frequency string. The function is to have a pause between peptide frequencies.

Usually, peptide programs have a brief zero period after each frequency. Each frequency must be followed by a brief period of silence. This can be either from adding zeroes or using packing frequencies.
