My 90 year old mother has dementia. I am her full time caregiver. I run the Melatonin + Sleep + Pineal Gland Balance programs for her. I start the protocol about 30 minutes before bed and run it through the night and they have definitely helped her sleep. - FYI: During the day she can sometimes be like a toddler with ADHD, won't sit still and into everything! and hiding things in the bizzarest of places
