Let us understand what the Herx reaction is first. The Herxheimer Reaction is when your body is overwhelmed by toxins that were trapped in the cells being released at once. You will feel sick amidst a Herxheimer reaction, whereas frequency fatigue will give you no noticeable symptom except the return of any pain or disease that a frequency was recently effective at neutralizing.
