Is it possible to run the preset with others? Sure. I've had it running with 8 other programs on 5 people -- most of the other programs were support programs.
I tend to not go over 2 targeted killing programs at the same time. This one, while not specifically a direct killing, still may result in pathogenic death. So, I still classify this as a potential killing program when making such decisions on how many programs are running that may increase the likelihood of a Herx.
With that said, I've had it running as a third targeted killing program with said group. However, we all could handle it.
Like anything, what works for one may not be appropriate for another. Best to add one layer at a time so you can track what is doing what and can take appropriate actions in response to changes experienced. If you change too many variables at once, you'll have a harder time tracking down the offending variable.
Suzi Smith brought up another great point above.
Personally, take your time to build up to multiple programs. Run one for a few days, then add another and take note of what changes are observed before adding the next.
