Does anyone know why, in the notes of the DH Experimental Frequencies it says, “You only need to run this program once (or possibly twice)”?

These frequencies adjust your energies in various ways with the assumption the "base layering" is in place.
When you first run the spiritual frequencies, as instructed, your spirit 'base' is now prepared properly to receive the frequencies you’re about to run.
Doing it once is enough because once the energetic channels are properly opened, they should remain so, allowing all those other DH frequencies to be layered overtop.
