Will a metal shelf affect the functioning of generator in any way?

In theory yes it can interfere, the best surface would be wood or plastic. You can try to put tin foil under your generators.

I set my generators on inverted vinyl-covered wire baskets to get airflow around and stay cooler. They are inexpensive and you can get them at a dollar store.

  • Honestly, my opinion is that there's no problem using a metal shelf. I am familiar with the principle of the cage of Faraday by which electromagnetic fields may be blocked, but we're not talking electromagnetic fiels here.
In a remote, a nail is subjected to scalar waves, and these pervade anything. And, as we know, they are entwined with the quantum field. I hav my generators on a metal stand and things work perfectly.
