1. Binders, such as activated charcoal, help the body process any toxins stirred up to be eliminated by spooky or otherwise. Helps to lessen the herx while using spooky to get at the root causes.
2. It might be better to go slower, there is also a milder form of the terrain, with lower amplitude. I have learned from experience as l herx terribly.
3. We run chemical, heavy metal & bacteria when I herx bad. To get rid of the stuff spooky2 worked on. Then liver.
