Is it good to take periodic breaks from immune stimulation frequencies or not necessary?

1. I ran several frequencies to boost the immune system for me and several other people when the epidemic started here in Italy. I did it for at least two months, with no problems at all.

2. I found, yes. But, I found a "break" can also include running a group of essential oil frequencies. Interestingly, the frequency for Frankincense, a known cancer thwarter, shows up in my cancer biofeedback scans. Interesting, no? Same frequency.

3. I run Biofeedback every 4-5 days so I can address current issues. I’ve heard some say they get frequency exhaustion. I only stop when Herx becomes too much. Everyone is different, listen to your body.

4. About the only programs I run non stop are detox maintenance and normalize/balance of body systems. Everything else runs for a period, then waits to see results or additional need.
