1. The laptop is needed to advance presets to the next preset IE chained presets, Terrain protocol.
The laptop is needed with certain settings to work like gating.
And the laptop is needed when doing sweeps.
When its a simply designed program without special settings, those can be run on the GenX in stand-alone mode.
2. Biofeedback requires a laptop to handle the data storage and to add the program to the database in the user software.
