The MW frequencies would be used to increase cortisol in the body. So I suggest you search in the Program screen for "cortisol" and read any of the relevant notes of the different frequency sets that AREN'T MW. There are names of illnesses in there that the notes describe as overproduction of cortisol, so you might get inspiration from that angle.
