1. The liver is sluggish from Terrain, but need to overload it with more pathogens prior to supporting it. I would run the Liver support Preset from the Terrain or M&L - don't have the software open to check. Also, eat some red beets (not pickled) to help the liver/gall bladder system.
2. There may be killed in any Liver program when it is needed to kill any major liver pathogen in order to allow the liver to work better. These may be mandatory to kill prior, but I wouldn't do a full-blown parasite eradication prior to getting the liver functioning reasonably well.
