1. I don’t think so. You are supposed to use the presets labeled Remote for Remote use and Contact for Contact use.
2. A Contact Preset will most likely work when used via remote, but the DNA sample may be damaged by the higher voltage and, therefore, not be effective for as long.
3. If it is a Contact preset at first, it is better to run in Contact mode and create a separate Remote preset chain if you want to run in remote mode.
