Yes. A WCM of 3 in this preset was not because the frequencies were very high for the XM to handle, but to get a specific effect when combining both outs with the 11th harmonic.
I would let WCM as it is in the preset if you want to get the effect the creator was pursuing. Of course you can change it if you want to, but then you're not getting the signal intended.
