While running Terain detox preset, Spooky2 software is running fine but the generator says it is off and the remote lights are not on. The generator has the current frequency showing, so what’s wrong?

Look in the ERRORS tab - top RH corner - and see where it went bad. If you found it in the errors, you should be able to determine the step and preset that was running. Then just plug those numbers in on the Control tab and hit Start. The only other way to get you back to where you were would be to calculate those based on the number of days in (Preset) and which program would be running around the time (step) the whole thing crapped out.
