Are there presets / programs that target these(sporothrix, schenckii, spirochetes, candida, protozoan, bartonella, borrelia)?

1. DH-44 and 45 are presets from the Experimental Frequencies thread. 44 is called "scalar energy from the Universal God. It is a healing energy program. 45 is scalar energy destruction of pathogens. They are applied via a single remote, not a scalar device. I usually combine 44 with every chain I run.

Now in the PRESET tab. Choose your empty shell and select it. Go to the PROGRAMS tab and be sure all the boxes on the upper right-hand side are ticked. This is the default but if not click on the plus sign. Type the "Bacteria" in the search box, upper left-hand side. Go through the list of programs until you find the first one you are looking for. Select it then click the + sign between the upper and lower boxes on the left-hand side of the page. The selected program will appear in the lower LH box.

Repeat this until you have found all those programs you are looking for. Maybe the lower center box.

Return to the PRESET tab and make sure the programs you chose, and only those, are in the loaded programs box.

If it's all good, Click and hold on the little floppy disc icon for a prompt to SAVE the SELECTED PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS AS A CHAIN. A dialogue box will appear and you are back in familiar territory to name and save the selected chain. Make sure it goes into the USER folder and if you wish, your own sub-folder.

2. I got rid of my wife's Bartonella, Borellia and other Lyme coinfections by Grade Scanning.
Bartonella has approximately 30 strains, which you will find in the Database (and in the Morgellons and Lyme Protocol). So we started by Grade Scanning to find the key strains and most relevant frequencies, and then we treated with a strong killing format.

We did this with all the various Coinfections (Anaplasma, Ehrlichia, Borrelia, Rocky Mountain etc... and other co-factors like Typhoid Fever Rod, Nanobacter, Babesia and Mycoplasma).

Many strains are very stubborn (like Bartonella Henselai - which took 5-6 months to get rid off!), so you have to keep scanning and treating. Many people think that Bartonella suppresses the other Coinfections, and this is true in my experience.

I don't know what devices or equipment you possess, but we used Spooky Pulse and an XM generator and 100% Contact mode.
