1. Go to the search bar in programs and start typing in the associated words... sometimes the spelling can be a bit off but also read the program description for other ideas and spelling. Tendonitis and tibialis posterior, tendons repair, ligaments stimulate healing, plantaris, tendinitis, inflammation, etc.
2. Do a Biofeedback Scan and use Fasciitis frequency in the tab will probably help you.

3. Use those on contact mode, sticking the pads on the bottom of both feet in the arches. Also use the pain freq, inflammation, and tendons to heal. It is super important to stretch the calves as well. The best way is to stand on a stair, hold onto both handrails. Keep the fat part of the foot on the stair and drop from there back. Go up on your tipped toes and hold, then drop your feet down and hold again, you'll feel the stretch. Then keep repeating.
