1. I have heard no reports of getting taller but using sets for your back would help with release which may give improved posture and attention to the spine thus possible improvement. But to just say Spooky will make a person taller has not been reported to my knowledge.
2. Buy an incline bench.
3. The only way I know to 'grow' or at least appear taller is through the standard 10 initial sessions of Rolfing which works on re-aligning and freeing up the entire connective tissue/fascia. I don't have spooky 2 but I'd suggest if there's a program for Fascia then it might be worth running but would guess you'd need to work with ALL the fascia in the body if that makes sense.
