I would suspect that your computer went to sleep about 2 hours after you started running your Remote Mode Program OR your computer installed Windows Updates automatically and rebooted itself. Either of these situations will cause the Spooky2 software to lose communications with the generator. What Operating System are you Running? Please see pages 37 and 38 of the User's Guide.
