The remote portion on Gen2 is designed to run as it 24/7 though out all phases and loops, even when you repeat only days 16 - 25. The remote is it's own program flow and does not match the plasma portions 1:1.
Just continue to let it run as you repeat days 16 - 25 on the plasma.
