Can anyone advise me whether I should use 'kill' or 'heal' when using the program 'Nicotine cravings'. I know to use 'kill' for bacteria, viruses and parasites but not sure if I should be 'healing' a craving.

It appears that this program only contains one frequency of 38 Hz. Most killing programs have higher frequencies, and a group of well known frequencies (727, 800, 1500, 2127, etc) to boot. So to me this is "healing" and I would use a Square or Sine waveform with a low amplitude (5V or under).
