Could you please elaborate further on the use of KHZ frequencies using only 100% offset and why not a shell preset for this use?

You can read on page 99 of the User's guide:
"KHZ is a collection of higher frequencies. Reputed to be most effective when used with a square or inverse sawtooth wave, 100% positive Offset, and Amplitude of 9.5" .So, if researchers found an 100% offset to be of help, I would do what they say. But, as all this is experimental, maybe you can discover that a 0% offset also works for you. I would try MM_ModInvSawtooth waveform with KHZ sets.

Regarding presets, I found them extremely useful, but I don't think that having thousands of them covering every detail of Spooky2 programming is going to make you life easier.
Anyway, preparing one is very easy. If any of you need help for such task, I can always help.
