Short answer, the frequencies you listed are the primary (mathematical ideal), and the harmonics of the Schumann Resonance.

The preset uses the primary frequency (7.83) to seed the resonator, and the 3 frequencies that follow are Fibonacci harmonics.

The schumann resonance is constantly in flux, and may even be shifting. The Fibonacci harmonics allows it to somewhat account for this.

Also, the signal is generated in an organic method, further replicating the changing nature of the real schumann resonance.

If you wish to run those numbers, you could build your own preset.

The preset has had controlled testing and feedback from a 3rd party, also in the thread, that shows that it matches at a minimum the results of another marketed device.
