1. Try a frequency sweep in the 60KHz to 70Khz range (60,000Hz to 70,000Hz), this is above dog and cats hearing range. You will need to attach a very high ribbon type tweeter to the output of Spooky2 generator. Here is a speaker that has a top end frequency response of 100KHz and its expensive. So you will have to search around for a cheaper similar speaker.

2. It exists novenas to keep them out of the house. My mother did it few years ago and it worked very well. Like that you don’t hurt the rats/mouse. You can do a research on internet to find it.
3. Novena would work as same, it’s from etheric/scalar realm effect in my point and others of view.
