The BXBY waveform and the corresponding frequency set to make use of it was removed.
You may be using an older copy of the cancer protocol as well, if it still makes reference to it.
It was removed as it was determined that the frequency resolution was not accurate enough to hit both BX and BY at the same time, and the efficacy was not proving to be what was hoped for. The individual BX and BY frequencies are still very much valid.
