1. It depends on how your body reacts to what you are running. You can run multiple programs for one person. If you feel overloaded, make sure your water intake is good and that you are taking a binder to help flush and you can pause programs that restart after a break of a few hours or more.
2. It also depends on the level of infection with the pathogens that you are tackling. You might want to start off slow and then work up and see how the body reacts. With some of the pathogens that I have now got under control (but not eliminated), I had a few almighty herxes as I killed off a lot. So your body will tell you and you will then build up a picture of what work needs to be done over time. You can only learn these things with experimentation and perseverance.
