These are experimental because our body will take what it needs and will pass on through what it doesn't need. However, it’s a good idea to know what an overdose of any substance looks/feels like. That is indicative when you've reached your max.
I once heard that plasma 1-3x is close to one dose. Plasma is supposedly 20-40x stronger than remote. 10-20x stronger than contact. Does that mean running a frequency 20x on remote would equal one dose? No one is able to say. Seems like it would be too much.
