Why does the frequency on GenreratorX screen is different from what the program is running?

You are using a Square H Bomb, which has 16 cycles embedded in the waveform.
Therefore, the frequency is divided by 16 and that is what the generator will run.
If you play a waveform with 16 cycles 22,386.59688 a second, you get 358185.55008 Hz, which matches your software display.
To break the Square H Bomb down:
It has 4 cycles of off, then 1 cycle of full power (spike) followed by 6 cycles that are 1/4 the amplitude. This is terminated by another 1 cycle of full power (spike), and 4 cycles of off.
Since a square wave is 50% on, 50% off, this is kept by having 8 cycles off and 8 cycles on, which itself is made of square waves.
