I would like to get back to my normal 11day running program, but i don’t know how to get back to day 2. I'm a little concerned about the single steps being different from the group preset Terrain (R).

Pretty simple. Two steps:
Count from the top of the list in the red box shown to the Preset you want to run.

Step #2: Put the Preset Number from Step one in the box shown while the generator is stopped, tab, and Start.
