My doubt its that if I use many programs for killing( for an specific pathogen) with 100% positive offset (like KHZ database) I will be killing everything else like zapper does?

1. A zapper does not kill everything. If it were just that simple, there would be almost no disease left in the World, to fight.

You need to have the right frequency and it must be as precise as possible. The settings will have to be 100% positive offset, then you can aim at the critters and hit them, were it hurts them the most and then you can have the results, that you are looking for.

2. I call it Positive Accuracy.

This is also why "dowsed" Radionics very often work for some. Because they are an "exact" prescription from the Universe and they are also "positive". Negative numbers do not exist in the world of Radionics. It is also why Universal Harmonics (Healing Codes) work on a very subtle level for some (all?) people, however how these "positive" numbers and spaces themselves are obtained is currently beyond human understanding - In fact, you don't want anything "negative" anywhere near you, your DNA, or your aura IMHO.
