1. The MW frequency programs are just frequencies like everything else. You can use your favorite or most effective shell preset to run them. If in doubt, start with the Healing (x) - JW presets or try the Golden Ratio (x) - JW preset -- where X = the method of delivery.
2. In case you were wondering, the old Molecular Weight (x) - JW presets were removed. This was one way to apply the MW frequency sets, and was based on some data JW was evaluating. I guess he pulled it as it did not afford improved efficacy or perhaps he is reworking the math. All this preset did was run Out 1 using a very low frequency derived from the MW frequency, and paired it with a very high frequency on Out 2 that incorporated the square root of 2. The Substance (x) - MM preset is the one designed to work with the SS version -- which took into consideration sub-harmonics to derive a seed frequency to generate a spread of frequencies.
3. Remember the term healing and killing are modalities we impart from our perspective. A frequency will do work as it resonates and will not heal if it is a devitalizing frequency just because we used the healing preset. The healing preset uses a square wave which is very suitable to both modalities. Killing presets tend to incorporate settings that are not conducive to healing entrainment frequencies. This is the major distinction between the two.
