I would like to use the new presets from Newport, which is a chained preset. But it stops once it is finished. Is there a way to keep looping the preset chain nonstop?

To repeat chains. Verify "Advanced" is clicked in the Presets tab. Go to the Programs tab, change the Repeat Chain setting from 1 to either "0" to run until stopped by user or some other number of repeats desired.
