For program "Calcium Fluoride CaF2 (MW)", do I have to use option "Apply Tissue Factor to MW and BP Program". Do I have to use the "Healing" preset? Should I use the "Golden Ratio" preset?

My understanding of the Note for this Program is that the User should use Harmonic = Golden Ratio in the Settings tab. If a user doesn't care to set this all up themselves, there is a Shell Preset already to use called the Golden Ratio [(C) or (R)] - JW. Whether one uses Tissue Factor setting is a matter of choice. Since this is experimental, maybe try with it on and with it off... The starting conditions may not be the same, however, if one is used for some time, then switched, as some decalcification may have already been accomplished.
