1. There's no way to answer this question as everyone is different. I run MW amino acid frequencies in a chained Preset with multiple Spooky supplements and some other healing bits and pieces. However, I don't allow the MW frequencies to run for more than 9 minutes each. In my preset that's once every 17 hours. It works for me but you need to test them out carefully to find out if they suit you before running them for any length of time.
2. I run vitamin sets 24/7 with no problem. Remotely.
