Great step forward for Chlamydia Trachomatis.

If not curing, I think the following is a great step forward. From the chart page 1207 of the attached paper, I was able to calculate the weight of the gene coding for the H polymorphic membrane protein (pmpH). Pmp proteins are considered as a key virulence factor.

"pmpH Chlamydia trachomatis serovar A",CUST,,"","M61788.81",,,180
"pmpH Chlamydia trachomatis serovars B,Ba,C",CUST,,"","M61789.8",,,180
"pmpH Chlamydia trachomatis serovars E,F,G,H",CUST,,"","M61786.84",,,180
"pmpH Chlamydia trachomatis serovars I,J,K",CUST,,"","M58078.46",,,180
"pmpH Chlamydia trachomatis serovars L1,L2,L3",CUST,,"","M39542.51",,,180

Have a try for yourself.
