I can't find a frequency I used to use to treat tight shoulders which comes into play with stress headaches. Can anyone advise an alternative frequency?

1. Oh this just happened to me. I pulled a muscle in neck and shoulder region and it was so much pain, I literally almost went to ER to get a Dilaudid or morphine shot I was so out of it. Then I thought what am I thinking? I have best tech on earth to recover from this, snap out of it and figure it out ! So I thought okay if my neck and or shoulder had a voice, what would they tell me, so I listened and these are the frequencies that came up. I have rifed and plasma the last 72 hours, and its like it all vanished I feel normal again! I was in so much pain, I could barely lift my head off my pillow ie neck/shoulder pain. Yes now I feel normal, just amazing. These are frequencies I used ie image below.

2. I was wondering if the shoulder stiffness could be Lyme related as a lot of people (including me) suffer with this.
It may be worth doing a Bio Feedback scan and treating from there too.
