If restarting the computer again doesn't fix it, will probably need to reinstall the software. If don't want to lose any custom programs, be sure to copy custom file from C:\Spooky folder to somewhere else safe prior to reinstalling software, so it is available to be copied back to the folder to overwrite the standard copy from the install.
Should be able to go into Control Panel, Programs and Features to Uninstall the Spooky software.
It is recommended to turn off automatic upgrades at the same time.
