I'm wondering if I can write a regular program for frequencies I generated with Manuel's .xlsx program and just use it with the Molecular Weight Preset.

Yes, you can do that. However, the freqs output by the spreadsheet work best with the presets I posted in the same thread, and included also in the Preset collection. The presets are Substance (C)-MM and Substance(R)-MM
