If I use a frequency multiplier does that change the chosen frequency? Here's a frequency multiplier on the program page and also on the settings page (f2=f1). Are they the same?

The Frequency Multiplier number is used to transpose all the freqs in a program. If you set a Freq. Multiplier of say 5, all the freqs are going to be multiplied by 5.

The purpose for this feature is to transpose frequencies up so they’re closer to a pathogen’s fundamental Mortal Oscillatory Rate. Octaves or decades are best. Decades are 10, 20, 30, etc. Octaves are 2, 4, 8, 16, etc.

They are not the same. F2=F1 is a dynamic carrier used for deeper penetration. Please see pages 58 and 59 of the April Users Guide.
