You can use DBEditor to edit BFB_Frequencies.csv.

Alternatively, you can open BFB_Frequencies in Notepad and carefully change the name without editing any of the commas or quotes in the file.
Also, there is the Edit Biofeedback Database found in the Database command. This CSVEdit is somewhat undocumented, but you can figure it out if you are curious.
Before you do any editing, I suggest making a copy of the database just in case you corrupt the database. After you edit the database with any of these means, use the Refresh Database command in the Database menu of Spooky.
