Baselines are a software thing so they are not tied to a particular generator. If you create a baseline on G1 you can use it on G2 as well.
And it's recommended to create a separate baseline for a different person. You can erase your previous baseline records by clicking the small button next to "Baseline", and create another baseline for the second person.
