2. I think it can be done by using meridian frequencies, use ‘meridian' to search in program, there are 12 meridian which correspond to different organs in Chinese Medicine word.
3. Look in the Heal folder. It contains a Meridian Clock preset. Simply select it and move directly to the Control tab to run. Make sure you read the side notes first though, as it is set to start at a specific time in order to properly line up with the various organs at specific times.
