You have to break it into the component parts. Then you can re-shell each preset. Then you can chain the edited presets back together.
To break up the chained preset:
1. Load into ChainEditor.
2. Delete all but the one preset you want to modify
3. Do a Save As in the ChainEditor.
4. Undo the Deletes, then to the 2nd and subsequent presets.
To reshell:
1. First click on the preset you want to reshell in the Presets tab.
2. Then untick the "Load Program/Notes" checkbox.
3. Now click on the new shell.
4. Now save the edited preset.
